Technique used to remove the breast implant
In my experience and based on studies of findings of malignant cells, in the capsule around the prostheses, it should be completely removed if the finding in Surgery shows thick capsules with significant inflammatory changes.
Once the capsules and implants have been removed, according to medical criteria and by consensus with the patient, previously established in consultation to perform the reconstruction breast with or without implants. The surgical technique will depend on the particular case.
